No problem, Steve. I was actually surprised the Kindle version was even available, as I was just checking to see if a release date was posted. As I said earlier, there is a lot to be gained from just reading it as-is...and I would wholeheartedly recommend getting it even with the tutorial media on IOU. Congrats and thanks for your work.

They HAVE all of the files, but I think they forgot about the Kindle version coming out immediately and they are considering NAB to be the deadline to get the companion website up. I'm sorry for any inconvenience to all of the early birds. The publisher is aware of the problem and should have the companion website up soon. But for any Kindle users, if you want to follow along with the tutorials, you may have to wait a few weeks.
