The first person to buy the book, that I know of, was Russian. He contacted me to let me know that the files weren't up on the companion website yet. I let my publisher know. They HAVE all of the files, but I think they forgot about the Kindle version coming out immediately and they are considering NAB to be the deadline to get the companion website up. I'm sorry for any inconvenience to all of the early birds. The publisher is aware of the problem and should have the companion website up soon. But for any Kindle users, if you want to follow along with the tutorials, you may have to wait a few weeks.
Just a note for the early birds downloading this, it appears that the link mentioned in the intro to the companion website and tutorial media is not functional yet.
Plenty to love about the book without it, though. Sure that will be sorted soon.

I've only partially downloaded it, but from what I am able to see so far, it's a very impressive piece of work. The print version is still only available for pre-order.
