Very interesting project!
I guess capture to ISIS is mandatory . Also edit while ingest will be important.
It will also be great if you can start to record on local storage and later transfer to ISIS when it's available.
Timecode input will be also important, you need to make sure somehow that you can sync your recorded clips for multicam edit. .Maybe scheduled records.
It will also be great if you can record MXF OP1A instead of MXF atom
