[Avid-L2] LIST TECH SUPPORT NEEDED

I can't post on the list. I click on conversations and then new topic. A small thing says "Loading…" but nothing ever loads. Same thing when I try to access account settings, I thought if I unsubscribed and then rejoined it might straighten out, but it has not. I'm on a MAC OSX 10.8.5 using Safari. What should I do?
