Pantone PMS 444 is very close to what you need at 44% (with a very slight bit of color), if that helps.

R: 137
G: 142
B: 140

or, if you prefer:
C: 3%
M: 0%
Y: 1%
K: 44%

If the paint place can take CMYK percentages, you could specify:

C: 0%
M: 0%
Y: 0%
K: 40%
