I suspect it will support DNxHD - I believe that most of the commercial chipsets on the market for hardware ProRes encoding also support DNxHD, so it's often just a firmware thing, and given that the Alexa does it seems likely this one will too.
In practice however ProRes has a small advantage over DNxHD in that it can support >HD resolutions, while DNxHD is locked to 1920x1080.
