[Avid-L2] Upgrade MC 5.5 to MC 7.02 NVIDIA Driver Issue

 

Having an issue upgrading from MC 5.5 to 7.02.  Win 7 SP1.  The NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800 does not seem happy with the driver upgrade from Driver 259.77 to 310.90.  The system crashes with the new driver and the system is unstable with the old driver.  Any suggestions?
