I was informed offlist that there is a known bug exporting H.264 from V 5.5 at 1920x1080. The system that errors is a newer macpro OS10.6.8 and we then tried an older macpro with the same versions of OS and MCsoft and the export works there. Hmmmmm I hate when computers don't play fair. I felt like it was a cop out to suggest trying another system, kinda like saying reboot, but that's what works and I'll probably never know why it worked there and not on the newer macpro. Technology kicks my arse on a daily basis. It's time to find a can of cyber woop ass and open it up. And don't get me started on Fonts!!!!!
