Paragon NTFS is pretty handy too, but its not free.

Then again in limited testing here it seems to perform better than Tuxera.

Scratch that, I think the Tuxera link is for the Linux version.

(Seems to be getting harder to find since the free version appears not
to have been updated since the end of 2010.)
