Re: [Avid-L2] Transcoding Gotcha I found out the hard way with Convert Audio Checkbox

Is this new in 6.5? I don't recall having to select convert audio in 6.0.3
or v5?
Also does this only apply when transcoding to a lower resolution? If I was
transcoding h264's from a canon 5d to DNXHD-120 would I still have to select
convert audio?.

Convert Audio Checkbox

You do need to do this with a Transcode but not with a Consolidate. Needs a
'copy associated audio?' checkbox.
