Calculating bandwidth capacity on an ISIS network is a dark art. There is a
publication on the Avid knowledgebase that covers it.

There's no particular restriction against mixing resolutions on an ISIS
workspace. Where you may see problems is in mixing DNX resolutions
(I-frame) with AVCHD material (Long-GOP) that is more processor intensive.

A lot depends on the total number of ISIS crates you have, as well as the
number of drives in your ISIS Storage Group.
