[Avid-L2] Anyone experimenting with PCIe to Thunderbolt for I/O?

 

I'm getting ready for an install (Wirecast, not Avid) using a customer
supplied iMac, Magna Thumderbolt PCIe expander and a BMD Quad card. The
whole expansion chassis idea gives the willies. Anyone had any experience
recently?
