Haven't had any of those issues. I did lose a few partitions recently, and we were never able to figure out what happened. They just lost their formatting. Though I can't rule out human error in this situation. It seems unlikely that Terrablock did anything as it just serves up chunks of storage and is unaware of the formatting.
We are currently running 5.6.0.
