[Avid-L2] Re: Media Composer and Red R3D system

 

Hi Namyrb,

I did take the DNxHD36 files offline. Maybe that wasn't clear from my message, but that's what I meant when I said "I took the low res files offline."

I was editing with AMA turned off, and when I finished, I quit and disconnected the drive with my DNxHD36 media files. I then turned on AMA and restarted the machine. When I chose "link to AMA Volume" and selected the folder with the original R3D files, that's when I had the error.

Still hoping someone else has encountered this actual message.

Again, I'm using a Symphony 6.0 Software only on a MacPro 2.4GHz 12core machine.
