[Avid-L2] Re: Best Online Delivery Format?

 

While I agree IMX would be better, I think DV is fine, since in the past years, submission was requested as DV tape or BetaSP tape. And it's going to SD DVD. My main concern with better codecs is that most suppliers probably won't have a clue as to how to create most of these. Going for the lowest common denominator, I'm afraid.
