[Avid-L2] Transcoded Footage shows up as AMA-linked (yellow)

 

Hi,

Has anyone come across this problem before? I linked footage via AMA and transcoded it. The transcoded files show up highlighted in yellow as well. Is the original file corrupt, or am I missing something. Haven't found anything on the online forums.
