[Avid-L2] Audio sync issues

I've experienced an audio-problem.

I'm syncing an feature - arri alexa (dnxHD36) with sounddevice.
The sounddepartment make a mix - A1 (boom) and A2 (mix of microports), and then A3+ is the different microports. A1-9 is named 1-9 and A10 is named A - for some reason.
When I autosync with A1 and A2- Avid includes A10. So I end up with one videotrack and 3 audiotracks - but I only want 2 audiotracks.
Does any of you know how to make Avid regonize A (A10) as number 10 instead of number A? Or do any of you have any sollutions?

I know one way - Autosync (then I end up with 3 audiotracks) and then do a subclip and remove the extra audiotrack. Or try to get the sounddepartment to name the audio differently.

Does this make any sence

I am on Mac (lion) and Avid 6.0.1

Cheers
