How does the EBU128 standard compare to the relatively new "Calm" standard in the US? A quick google shows EBU128 as -23 LUFS. My understanding of the "Calm" standard is it eliminates the various dialogue norm values and sets it to a standard -24 for everything. Am I understanding this correctly?
