Thanks - Yes - the meters move on playback - when I'm not using the Matrox - since the Matrox is taking the audio from the HDMI as my output - and not letting me switch my Audio Output source in the Avid for whatever reason :(.
Sorry - was typo! Speakers are in the Audio Line OUT :).
