Yes it is although we could never figure out what was happening with the gamma for this last time we tried. I'm not very familiar with cineon but doesn't it have a LUT baked into the file?
Thanks

Cineon is10bit as well, you could try it if you are on a PC.

If you have a 1:1 RGB sequence and export a tiff file which is the only way
to get 10bit files out other than using an avid codec of some sort whether
you select 709 or RGB the file is always RGB. This is very dull.
We are AMA'ing to Alexa files and export for a grade, it seems to be
impossible to get a combination of settings that gives a transparent process
from QT to TIFF - or anything else in fact. We need the 709 export setting
to work. Is this a bug or feature!
Thanks
