-copy an XDCAM fake folder to the disk you plan to export to
-AMA link to fake volume
-in MC, load your sequence then go: Output> Export To Device> XDCAM
-Choose your export settings, click OK and wait for MC to finish
-your clip is automatically named C0001.mxf and contains both video and audio

Hi all,
Since this list has been so helpful in the past I thought I would ask your opinions on the following:
I need to deliver a show as XDCam 50meg mpeg2 long def in a MLV or MXF or MOV wrapper. What would be the recommended software or workflow for this codec?
I'm running AvidMC 5.5.2 on a MacBookPro. I also have FCP7.0.3, Squeeze 6.0.4.55, and Compressor 3.5.3 I'd like to do it right out of Avid, but I don't see that option.
