Use FFmbc, with the following command line:
ffmbc.exe -y -fflags genpts -i input.mxf -vcodec copy -map_audio_channel
0:1:0:0:1:0 -map_audio_channel 0:1:1:0:2:0 -acodec pcm_s16le -aspect
16:9 -vtag mx5p -vbsf imxdump -r 25 output.mov -acodec pcm_s16le -newaudio
(I can add it to a front end app. i've already made for this, now it only
does HD...)
But if the other side has the (free) XDcam tool, it will take no time there
to do the conversion.
(It's not a render, just a re-wrap)

If you want to donate to Red Cross quake relief, you can do so through your cell phone. Text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 donation. It will be on your next cell bill.
