Now I remember what it was about the StarTech that sucked. When I would switch from one system to another, about 1/3 the time one of the monitors would come up all jacked up. Static, skewed, etc. I would have to cycle the power to the StarTech or reseat a DVI cable on it to fix it. I tried different cables, even some pricy ones. I tried different port configs and screen resolutions and stuff. And it continued to suck. Oh well. But it was real cheap when I first got it. I didn't bother to replace it. Maybe it was defective. I just put it at a different workstation that has a single monitor and it works great as a single monitor 4x1. I hope you have better luck.
