I had to replace a web-surfing laptop last week and decided to go with an Android tablet. Perfect for surfing the web and basic typing, but I'm starting to find a few limitations (printing, for example). Biggest problem so far is that some sites see it as a mobile phone and won't play their videos, even though it's more than capable (better specs than the laptop it's replacing).
Rooted it last night too, so now I'm waiting to see how many custom ROMs come out and just how far I can push it. Not sure it yet if it was a smart decision, but so far I'm happier than not.

If you want to donate to Red Cross quake relief, you can do so through your cell phone. Text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 donation. It will be on your next cell bill.
