[Avid-L2] Re: Pan and Zoom Avid really you can't fix this?

 

Boris Red seems to magically find the still on your system from my past experience. It was neat but scary because it just did it with no intervention or path info. The biggest problem with Boris Red, a.k.a. Avid Fx, is most people aren't familiar with it especially on the offline side. It's a case where even though Pan and Zoom has it's quirks it works pretty much like most internal Avid effects so it's a comfortable interface for Avid editors without much of a learning curve. Fall into the category of the Devil you know.
