Haven't been using my sapphire 3 for a while but I did move a system to mcsoft 5.5.1 and I noticed my sapphire put up water mark and said trial had expired. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and each time the serial number activates successfully over the web but when I launch avid it still says trial period is over. According to the web site what's new in 3.04 sapphire is that the license works with avid 5.5. I deactivated and reactivated on my imac system and the serial number works and everything is fine. The imac is avid 5.0.3.8. I'm sure Gen Arts will sort this out tomorrow but I'm curious if anyone else has had the issue with sapphire license on avid 5.5.1.
