[Avid-L2] Upgrade to new OS & v5 gotchas?

Hey ACI-Lers and Avid-L2-ers,

I'm soon to go from OS10.5.6 -- I've been running MC v3.5, that's
why ;-)
to 10.6.3 to accommodate my soon-to-arrive install of v5.

Anyone have any advice or aware of any gotchas with both an OS upgrade
and a version upgrade?
I'm aware that 10.6.4 is a no-no.
Media Composer's playmates include Adobe CS4 and FCP Studio 2.

Thanks in advance. I'm always leery of upgrades . . .
