You might want to look at Adobe CS5. They have integrated Story as an online application (like Google Docs). You can use this to write scripts or upload existing files. New is that you can use this to generate metadata that can be re-entered into OnLocation and Premiere Pro.

I haven't tried it, but apparently it can now be used in Premiere Pro to reconcile the speech-to-text against the written transcript/script from Story. This should help on improving the accuracy of the Adobe tools.

According to Adobe, speech-to-text should be viewed as a keyword search tool and not a way to create accurate, automatic transcriptions. They've admitted to me that they had originally incorrectly marketed the feature. This new feature might make it a more workable solution.
