[Avid-L2] Machine template for Sony HVR 1500

We find it very difficult to use the Sony HVR 1500 deck with our
MediaComposer 4.0.2 on Windows using RS422 control and firewire
digitize. PAL or HD, same problem.Each time Avid asks the deck to play,
rewind or fast forward the deck appears to go offline and online again a
second later.Does anyone have a solution - either in the deck's own
setup or in a revised machine template?
