Unity has Avid project sharing across platforms. Terrablock only allows it on PC.

Terrablock works cross platform, has greater bandwidth, can be scaled much larger than Unity and works seamlessly with third party applications like FCP, After Effects & ProTools.

Yes, I added ProTools as Unity doesn't really work well with ProTools. (If you ask actual users or DigiDesign folks. If you ask Avid folks they will tell you it does....)

And Terrablock is less expensive than Unity.
