[Avid-L2] External Project Not Recognized on Media Composer 3.5

I have a project saved to an external hard drive and all of the Avid Project Folders and Media Files are intact. The project was created on Media Composer 3.5. I have used it on various systems, from desktops to laptops, and it has always opened. I am currently working on a laptop with Windows Vista 64 and anytime I try and open the project I get an error message, not allowing me to open the project. I experimented with other projects from the same external hard drive that were created on the same Media Composer as the one that won't open, and they all open perfectly. Any suggestions?
