I see this product and its target. But then I think about the work I do, often with higher resolution stuff, and I think it may be possible that they missed the boat with "just" 10 Gbps. That is why a TB4 chassis is possibly a bigger deal. A theoretical 40 Gbps comes closer to achieving what you could actually get from all that flash bandwidth. Just my 2¢

And probably some other contenders. But I only know of that device is because Bob Zelin talked about it on Reddit (IIRC, one of his clients is running one). You can search for his posts there; people get upset at him, but man is he mellow compared to his Avid-L days. Still super knowledgeable (especially about NAS systems these days) and still super generous with his hard-earned knowledge.

Thought this might interest some.  I'm strongly considering this to work in tandem with my big spinning disk QNAP driven with a QNAP 10 gig ethernet switch.  It will allow me to use it for offline media saving power and heat issues when I'm in offline mode.  Also I think it will make an excellent Resolve Cache drive.  I'm hoping it will have an interface similar to my big QNAP with shared folder structure I'm use to.  More will be revealed tomorrow.
