I think Avid does has some form of unique ID for each bin that will be duplicated if it is copied at finder level (like when you try and open an automated bin whilst the original is open).

Presumably poste haste creates a new uid for the bins it creates (and Bouke would probably do same).

If that isn't an issue then power toys may be easier to use than bulk renamer https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/rename-multiple-files-at-once-in-windows

Otherwise you'll need to script a bit more to do it as a batch.
