I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue at a meeting hall where we run Zoom on a Windows 10 PC. It's been running with two cameras for our Zoom meetings for a couple years. Last week someone updated the logitech Camera software that allows for camera level and Zoom controls etc. The software works ahead of Zoom so you can tweak the cameras and Zoom sees the changes in real time. Now when we boot up or unplug the camera(s) the levels are really low and dim even after launching the Logitech software. I have found if I launch the native Camera App in the PC OS the levels bounce up to normal. I also noticed if I boot up and quickly launch the logitech app the camera(s) look normal but a few seconds later they dim down. I'm guessing there something in the later part of booting that is causing the dimming.
I back revved the logitech software but the issue persists. Launching the camera app always fixes it but clearly something under the hood needs tweaking.
Not being much of a PC guy I figured maybe somebody here could suggest what aspect of the OS or boot stuff might be worth looking at.
