I could alter my Transcriber app / make something similar.

It runs in the bg of 'any' application, and listens for keyboard events, when it hears one, it can perform an action, like typing a string.

Toy with, see if you can get it working in Avid, use 'insert TC' or alike to see if typing works.

Ok, so this is probably an Avid 101 question:  Is there a way for markers to reflect the date/time they were added?  There is no "Creation Date" option under "Choose Columns" like there is for bins, and I really wish there was.
