Re: [Avid-L2] Effects Mode

Pretty annoying, isn't it.  My solution was to map the effect editor
tool to a key (The key that used to change to the Effects Workspace). 
Just hitting that key which opens the Effect Editor Tool seems to mostly
get around the problem.  Almost always, whatever effect I'm parked on is
active in the Effect Tool when it opens.  Hitting the key that opens my
normal Edit workspace closes the tool and puts me back where I was. 
Hope this works for you. Better yet, maybe someone had a real solution.
