I will refer this to the reseller, but can you clarify why I don't have a field "Enter a Subscription Renewal Code" on My Products>Media Composer (Ultimate) page? Last year I purchased the renewal from my reseller. Avid Support is telling me I have to Autorenew or Renew Now online and ask the reseller for a refund. Doesn't seem right.
Sorry for being so obstinate. My reseller built my system and has been very supportive, so I don't want to abandon them.
