The recent subscription for Ultimate was purchased through the web store so that is what you would need to do is turn on auto renew. You could in fact let it lapse and go with videoguys.com or Avid.coim online store. Note that the price increase does NOT impact subscription licenses – only perpetuals.

Thank you, Marianna, for looking into this.
I will refer this to the reseller, but can you clarify why I don't have a field "Enter a Subscription Renewal Code" on My Products>Media Composer (Ultimate) page? Last year I purchased the renewal from my reseller. Avid Support is telling me I have to Autorenew or Renew Now online and ask the reseller for a refund. Doesn't seem right.
Sorry for being so obstinate. My reseller built my system and has been very supportive, so I don't want to abandon them.
