I have an annual subscription to MC Ultimate that was renewed by my reseller last September and was up for renewal on September 2, 2021. This time my reseller's MR code wouldn't work. All instructions I found among the KB pages online are old. I reported this on the MC Forum. Raff picked it up and and opened an Avid Support case (thanks, Raff!) Avid Support tells me that I have to autorenew and get a refund from my reseller. My reseller has also opened a ticket and they say they will sort it out tomorrow, August 23. Meanwhile, I would like to know if others are facing the same or similar situations because of the price increase. It appears we have only until the end of the month to sort this out.
