DDB Chicago is seeking a Post-Producer for its internal Studio Production team. In this role, you’ll be a master of the nuances between broadcast, OLV, and social deliverables and comfortable with the pricing and scoping of projects while producing multiple jobs in every stage from bidding through actualization. You’ll also project manage, maintaining clarity of information and channels of communication between the editor, producer, and creatives.
For now, the role is remote but the goal is to move this role into our downtown Chicago location. DDB’s Studio prides itself on having a great corporate culture and even though we're all working remote, you will still feel part of a team of talented and nice folks.
Responsibilities
- Heavy bidding, job tracking and organization for several large scale brands.
- Prepare estimates accurately and proactively, anticipating producer needs all while ensuring the studio’s bid is within finance’s expected margins.
- Create invoices, actualizing with finance/business management to ensure all dollars are accounted for and back up paperwork is in order.
- Manage various jobs in post-production for the studio team, sharing status updates of projects, working closely with producers to ensure post-work all goes out on time.
- Take notes from conversations with editors and producers, following up to confirm takeaways or next steps, understanding that all pricing must be in writing for all bids, all overages, and all actuals.
