Maybe the distributor was thinking 59.94i rather than 29.97p. Or just not thinking.

Ok, you're in for a lot of fun if you want max  quality.

Since you've asked around here, I would advise you hire a specialist, or live with lower quality / high cost to get to 23.976.

It is all very simple, but if you don't know the basics, hire someone who does.
