You are correct about Resolve requiring Mojave but unlike previous versions of Resolve that wouldn't even let you install the current 16 at least let me install on High Sierra.  So I'm running it to test.  It's like they go out of their way to mess with us.  I think it's an omen that the new beta OS is BS.  ;-)
