I hadn't really thought that far into it yet.  Mostly thinking back to drive-ins when I was a kid.  Some places had hard line to a box that you brought into your car.  Others broadcast on what I think I recall being AM.  So my first thought was that.  And we want to do the same thing.  Broadcast to an area of cars, about 1/3 the size of a football field.  But don't want loudspeakers.

FM however supports stereo and a way better quality.
