Working from home... Trying to add multi-language 708 closed captions.
I received a closed caption file that contains captions in English AND
Spanish. I imported it and put it on the data track, just as I would
for a single language file. Seems to work fine but the display in Media
Composer only shows the English on cc1, not the Spanish on cc3. I don't
think I have a way here at home to check captions on an external device.
Is there a way to switch between different caption streams in Media
Composer? Currently using MC 8.9.4, Windows 10.
Or is there a (free/cheap) media player software that would be able to
play an exported MXF file so I could check captions that way? I tried
VLC but it seems to only want to play subtitles. Many Thanks. --J.B.
