I think this is exactly what Xmas holidays are for!
Me, I finally took the time to add the RME HDSPe card to my z840 so that I can run 5.1 from Pro Tools with picture coming through the Nitris DX.
Had wanted to do this for about 5 years.

If anyone on the L2 found this entertaining, or is happy about now finding a way to get Airplay 2 into an old 5.1 or 7.1 receiver via an AppleTV puck, then maybe it was worth sharing.
