[Avid-L2] AVID2019.9 - audio mixer keeps reverting to screen centre #Avid

UNLESS the container containing the panel containing the audio mixer is selected ....

Tools | Audio Mixer (or keyboard shortcut to same) makes the Audio mixer jump to the centre of my left hand screen.

Can anyone else test and confirm / deny?
