Back in 2014 I bought eight RAID enclosures made by Akitio for use as media drives on Avids; their current slightly-updated version is here:
They have been running RAID 0 flawlessly ever since. Highly recommended if you only need two drive bays..
Akitio also makes 4-bay RAID enclosures but I've not tested them.
What do people like for a 2-bay (and/or 4-bay) RAID enclosure, apart from OWC?
