Likely a driver mismatch.
Just be careful.. With 3 apps to satisfy, it gets harder and harder to find a driver version that works for all. And BM drivers is something I'm not a fan of.

I am able to select Avd Artist DNxIO in the Audio Hardware but in Playback video device box there is no option for the Avid Artist DNxIO. I just see Adobe DV and Adobe Monitor 1 and Adobe Monitor 2.
