I had to get an RSYNC GUI today as well... ended up settling on TRUCK but there are a few different options... this one worked well for my needs

Main issue was figuring out how to access my own computer so I copy to the local drive, ended up having to use my Local IP

These tools are mainly built for a different type of usage, figuring them out for drive to drive copies is possible but not intuitive.

Would FreeFileSync work for your purpose?  Compares source and target directories, picks up where you left off if the copy is interrupted.  Software is free and cross-platform.
