yeah, I know, Deko is EOL, but we still need to use it for some specific use cases.
So I built some title templates in Postdeko. They need to line up with some lower third backgrounds that were provided by our graphics department.
The titles animate in and out, but stay static in the middle. Now when we need to shorten titles with In/Out animations, usually we cut out the middle part – that doesn't seem to work with Deko, because the animation restarts with the second segment.
Do any of you have an idea on how to build a Deko Title with In/Out Animation where the animations are fixed in length but the title as a whole is flexible in length? Or can you point me in the right direction? Or does anyone know somebody who really knows something about Deko? And yes, I'm desperate (I even signed up for LinkedIn to pester some folks there, that's how desperate I am).
